Program Coordinator

Help plan and run community events — from logistics and venue coordination to on-the-day facilitation. You'll work closely with the core team and get a front-row seat to how we build programs from scratch.
Workshop Facilitator
Per event
Lead or co-facilitate hands-on workshop sessions for community members. You don't need to be an expert — you need to be curious, prepared, and good at keeping a room engaged.
Community Builder
Part-time · 3 months
Grow and nurture the community — onboarding new members, keeping conversations going, and helping people find their place in the ecosystem. This role is about people, not platforms.
Content & Documentation
Part-time · 3 months
Capture what we build — writing event recaps, documenting learnings, and turning messy sessions into clear, shareable content. If you like writing and learning in public, this is for you.
